What we are looking for:

We are hiring for people in the sales team across India.We are looking at hiring freshers and bringing them very young into the system.They will be groomed and trained on franchise sales and would be required to aggressively travel and attend events, make sales pitches and bring closures.Looking for hiring in Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Bhopal,Bangalore,Chennai and Kolkata.

Job Description:

• Appointing New Franchise
• Generating leads through various marketing activities as cold calling and campaigning.
• Developing a new franchise by planning and organizing, Meeting with exclusive investors/seminars and bringing strong insight into the task of creating new franchisee
• Consulting the prospective investors to take the franchise.
• Lead generation through data scrubbing on Social Networking sites and following up to source the business in the best way
• Work on generating inquiries, coordinate and follow up with leads till final closure.
• Designing and presenting different proposals, aligning meetings with prospective lead and providing them full support till sign the agreement
• To participate event and exhibition to generate leads and creating a platform to meet with prospect franchisee.
• Scheduling and meeting the investor from PAN India to explain the company's franchise model and to get them to register
• Explaining the business model to every potential investor, giving them franchise related Information, sending them the proposals, taking follow-ups and referrals for further leads.
• Cross-functional team coordination
• Helping investors in setting up their franchise outlet
• Initially supervising & monitoring of store operations
• Key Account Management
• Post sales support
